This final episode of Murphy Brown's sixth season coincides with the 500th telecast of the fictional investigative-report series "FYI." It also coincides with contract-renewal time for "FYI" stars Murphy Brown (Candice Bergen), Frank Fontana (Joe Regalbuto) and Jim Dial (Charles Kimbrough).
