This is a Japanese anthology composed of six short, not so scary stories ranging from approximately 11 - 18 minutes in length. The only viewers that would find these types of stories scary probably aren't older than fourteen years old. While the acting and directing in each story had a made for TV quality, the production quality was good. However, the special effects and makeup looked like something a local TV station would throw together for Halloween. What detracted from the stories was the ridiculously metaphysical, mumbo jumbo narration before and after each story. The subtitles suffered from minor problems with translation. The audio is in stereo. There are no extras. Recommended only for fans of manga.
