A yoga-based workout video has been given a lean presentation on DVD in this release. Crunch: Total Yoga features two workouts, the "Fat Burning" workout and the "Joy of Yoga" workout. Both have been transferred to disc in the full-frame aspect ratio of 1.33:1, while the audio is in Dolby Digital Stereo. The narration is in English, with no multiple language options. This is an excellent dvd choice for beginning yoga. Her voice is very calming and it is one of the only dvd's that I have stuck with. Start with the Joy and move up to fat burning. A great dvd!
