I have watched this movie over and over, every year, since 1964 !! It is an American classic for Christmas memories of the Baby Boomers !! Why does Cornelius keep licking his ice pick ??
ahh 1964! The civil rights movement! Perfect time to make a movie about someone desciminated against because of his appearance. The times needed a Rudolph. If they didn't make this movie someone else would have. Everyone has a place in society. Greatest Holiday animation ever. State of the art for the times. Charlie Brown's Christmas is slightly better because it tells gives the true meaning of Christmas, but it's a little short and doesn't have the action Rudolph has. You run through every emotion when watching Rudolph. No Joke. Only thing missing is the Hallmark and McDonalds Christmas commercials. You gotta watch it on TV for that though.
