The Little Rascals, those unruly tykes who have entertained generations of viewers return in this release from Brentwood Home Entertainment, which features several vintage episodes from the serial. The original Our Gang series had several reincarnations with innumerable cast changes between 1922 and 1944. Although the back cover of this release does not state it forthright, this volume actually conglomerates a number of the Hal Roach-produced episodes from various periods, a somewhat random assortment of talkie and silent shorts in the same volume; the segments are not presented chronologically. The two talkies included are "Came the Brawn" (1938) and "Lazy Days" (1929). The three silent shorts included here are "Official Officers" (1925), "Spook Spoofing" (1928), and " Mary, Queen of Tots" (1925). ~ Nathan Southern, All Movie Guide
