I have become addicted to this series of workout DVDs. This DVD is the original workout by this fitness guru from Canada and it is the best overall workout in her series. This reminds me of the great stretching workouts I got in ballet class - without the worry about performing on stage! It is a well thought out fitness plan used by professional athletes and average folks both. It combines ballet stretches, pilates strengthening and yoga positions to make you feel like you've had a massage. She finds the spots in your back that you didn't even know were tight and gets them all stretched out. You feel like your muscles have awoken!
The ocean scenery is so lulling and peaceful it does make you want to visit Jamaica. And the classical spa music is also a nice, calming change of pace for a workout. It is finally a workout you'll WANT to do often, not just have to do.
