Take the time to see this series if you missed it the first time around. Earth 2 was one of those futuristic, we all live in space, search for a better home types. In this future, some children have a disease from growing up on space stations and Earth is way overpopulated. In the beginning, the government (for some reason, I can't remember why) decides to destroy a couple of the colonists. They escape in the nick of time and try to head to this new planet they are to colonise as 'our second home'. This planet needs exploring and this is where the adventure comes in. You get a good view of each character and Clancy Brown is in it so it's so worth the time. Towards the end I think the writers were trying to save it but it sort of faltered. Darn tv network execs kill all the best shows.
