Utterly moronic. Must be in a very happy state of mind to tolerate this excessive cutesy extremely dumb anime. The artwork has cute little girl designs which are very average and very boring as there's absolutely no distinguishable designs that makes them anything but average and utterly forgettable in seconds. And the plot, completely unintelligent. I only watched 10 minutes, 10 minutes! before I stopped it and promptly mailed it back in. Absolutely cannot recommend to anyone over 25 with any measure of brains and a taste for programs that require some intelligence.
