15-year-old "supermodel" Alex (Cameron Richardson) makes a public spectacle of herself when she attacks another model on the catwalk--then collapses. Later evincing such symptoms as double vision and short-term memory loss, Alex undergoes testing for heroin addiction--but House (Hugh Laurie)ahsuspects that her drug use is a smokescreen for her real problem, thus setting the stage for his latest ethical quandary...not to mention a HUGE surprise at episode's end. Meanwhile, Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) is convinced that House's bad leg is getting better, even though the pain has increased beyond the point of endurance.
