    I've never worked out before and thought Blockbuster Online was a great opportunity to try some new exercise videos before buying. I returned this one only after I bought a copy for myself. At first, I was overwhelmed by what I considered the fast pace (I'm a beginner, remember) but after a few tries, I got the hang of it. The instructor breaks down the moves and then puts them all together to form the routine. Plus, she gives you an opportunity to try them over and over again so you can master them. I also like that I can customize my workouts: I usually choose two cardio workouts and the ab workout for a 30-minute session. I tried the Prevention dance exercise video, but it was way too fast and failed in comparison with this one, which actually is fun to do.

    I love this DVD so much...I now own one! You can mix and match the workouts. You can work out for just 10 minutes, or up to 50. You can change up the order as well. These dance moves are very easy to begin with...then they get more complex. It's not about the dancing, it's about all those calories you burn!!!! So much fun!

    I really enjoyed these workouts! She does a great job motiviating you. I did do them alone and grouped some together for a long workout. Either way I felt that I got a great work out, but it was not too difficult. I only returned because I went and bought it.
