The Asian gambling film Bet to Basic concerns a gangster named Flying Dragon who owes a lot of unsavory types a great deal in gambling losses. Flying Dragon discovers his cousin Roy has uncanny luck at games of chance. He gets Roy to come to a casino in order to help raise the money to get Dragon out from under his creditors.
