I enjoy this workout video and have been using it for over 6 months. There are videos for warming up, working your abs, doing interval cardio, and doing a big muscle lifting routine.
There are also short videos that explain how the workouts work with the abs diet. I have not read the abs diet book, but the diet selects several foods that we should be eating daily.
I would recommend this video for people in average physial condition who want to improver their health and get into better shape.
This is what I call a good workout video. It provides you an explanation of why you are doing what you are doing. It describes each excercise very clearly as you do 'em. And most importantly, the routine is very efficient in burning calories and building those ab muscles. Just do the cardio and advance abs routines (as it says) 4 times a week and you will see results**
** Please! don't lie to yourselve by thinking that you will be able to burn calories and fat if you eat more calories than you burn. In other words, you need to eat a low carb and fat diet to see results. Don't be a fatty!!!
