    A complete waste of time. I can't believe I watched this movie to the end waiting for this movie to say it was at least good, but nothing ever did. I give it 0 stars.

    3 Points: 1) An Irish (IRA) tough guy becomes gets involved in a bunch of crazy stuff with a pot-smoking Jamaican DJ and a "gangsta" who live in the same building as him. 2) It's European so I'm not sure I got all the humor. 3)Good performances but corny action sequences.
