This movie seemed like it was made for Japanese TV. It's like the SciFi TV show "Ghost Hunters" expanded to 77 minutes, only duller. There's nothing horrific here. Even the concept of "Dead Waves" (ghosts using radio waves as a mechanism to interact with the living) gets a minor mention. There's no special effects. The audio is LPCM 2 channel stereo. There are no extras. The English subtitles are printed on the film - you can't remove them. You have a vast array of two menu choices - you can choose "Play" or "Scenes". Not recommended.

I don't remember seeing anything about this being in a different language and nothing but subtitles. I can't pay attention to what is going on if I have to read anything on the screen. This didn't last more than 10 seconds in my DVD player. Don't bother renting this one unless you speak its language.
