Grieving over the death of his fiancé who was killed by a hit-and-run driver, Dana Edwards (Biff McGuire) is approached by a curious gentleman named Hurley (Robert H. Harris). Explaining that he too has lost a loved one in a hit-and-run accident, Hurley offers to help Dana remember the license number of the death car, utilizing a unique form of self-hypnosis.
