Ever wondered what would happen if Dirty Harry would've met a Young rambo and they teamed up to over-through a marijuauna cartel, that is terrorizing a small town in california? Well the 1986 answered that question with QUIET COOL, it's not place it's a state of mind you reach! Completely 80's but they don't make em like that anymore! Characters are disposed of with little reguard and the good guys have no respect in any type of justice but their own. Thanks to HBO's repeated play of this in my childhood it has become an 80's staple for me. Also check out BULLIES, THE WRAITH, and BAD DREAMS.
