I really enjoy foreign movies and this one was wonderful, I was laughing and enjoying myself the whole time I watched it. It is strange and made me think of the movie 'Mirror Mask' when I watched it, for the sole reason of the well.... almost lack of plot and utter randomness. But those are my favorite type of movies, random ones. All in all I am going to the Chinese market to buy this! It is a must see if you want to watch something fun and funny with a touch of absolute weirdness. If you are looking for a cute foreign love story try '3 Iron' and if you want to cry watch 'Moon Child' those are a few of my other favorites. Hope this helps! :-) If you don't want to read subtitles just make sure to read who stars in it, if it's an all foreign cast, then don't expect a movie in English.
