The late nineteenth century Italian composer Temistocle Solera penned the libretto for Verdi's 1842 four-act opera Nabucco.     This is an outstanding opera production at the Teatro Municipale di Piacenza. The orchestra overture is amazing. The conductor was very expressive. I recommend Nabucco because of the religious doctrines that are still applicable today. I would love to watch this DVD again.
