To save the eyesight of his pet dog Speedy, Drew(Drew Carey) agrees to put him in an experimental treatment program at DrugCo, where Lewis (Ryan Stiles) has been promoted to head janitor. When Lewis' boss Mr. Hathaway (Charles Nelson Reilly) refuses to let anyone know what has happened to the missing Speedy, Drew and the gang embark upon a treacherous journey into the Heart of DrugCo Darkness, witnessing many strange sights along the way--including a giant talking cockroach, an "epiphany" globe, and a mutant "monkopotamus."
