This movie is so slow and tedious that you can't wait for the ending just to get it over. The characters are not particularly attractive and was more like a 'Law and Order' episode since it had many of the same actors as the short lived spinoff, Conviction. It has a slow buildup to a quick ending. You do not get emotionally vested in the characters so you won't be rootig for or against any of them. The story is the problem here as it doesn't have an interesting plot. It's a boy meets girl, boy marries girl, the girl dumps boy movie. However, in my opinion, she dumps him for no really good reason.

The box description got our attention at the store to rent this film. However, within 10 minutes we knew we were in for a bomb. The characters lack depth. The actors over act and their pretense of depth is an embarrassment. Try 'Garden State' instead. And word to the wise - don't fall for the quotations at the top of the movie box 'Wisest film of the year - I'll never forget it!'. Thankfully, we have forgotten that we burned 2 hours of our life away.
