
Yoga instructor Karen Voight offers two separate yoga routines in this release designed to stretch muscles and build strength. In the first routine, a thirty-minute segment that aims to strengthen muscles while increasing balance, stamina, and coordination, Voight leads viewers in a series of flowing yoga stances.
