This movie is over the top funny. This movie is about the mothers moreso than their gay sons. The film keeps you on your toes- you have to pay attention. It is great for for an active movie watcher.

This is one of the funniest gay-oriented movies i have ever seen, foreign or domestic. It actually HAS a storyline, it is great acting, not your typical storyline that focuses on the stereotypical and expected out of a gay-orented movie. It is not really a gay movie per se in the sense that there is so much going on, so much humor, that it is just a great movie overall. AND has a point! Maybe one day our American gay-oriented movies will reach the levels of the foreign ones. If the national ones would just learn to write other than "let's go sleep together" scripts or tease movies that take place in West Hollywood....

I've seen this movie before and really liked it. Enough to where I wanted to see it again. Its a funny, whitty, and sentimental film that goes thru the various dynamics of a son's relationship with his mother. Many of the situations are somewhat sad, but instead of it being depressing, they found; and put it all together with humor. Highly recommend this one.
