I am pretty sure that the "instructor" is not trained and the women onstage with her are random friends/family. They aren't doing poses correctly and they are all different. For safety, for the the love of yoga, do not rent this DVD.

I have been renting almost every yoga video available from Blockbuster trying to find one that fits my needs. This one was the WORST! I'm not sure if the instructor even has any real yoga training, but what really makes it bad is that one of the "assistant demonstrators" behind the instructor doesn't even know how to get into position correctly. It wasn't a modified version, it was just wrong.
