In this Hungarian animated film, the kids of a poor, Budapest ghetto known as the District live in a constant state of rivalry: the Gypsies vs. the Chinese vs. the Arabs. Young Richie, however, has discovered the easiest way to calm things down: money. The kids are hard up for cash, but they've heard that the quickest way to get rich is with oil, so they take a trip through time to the prehistoric age to create an oil reserve right there in the District.
