Jillian knows how to burn calories - keeping up your heart rate between intervals. This is how we burn fat, people! Be prepared with dumbbells and a step or bench. It's only 30 minutes, but really good cardio combined with strength training. I'm a personal trainer, and I love this for a quick extra workout, or something to squeeze in if you don't have a lot of time.
I didn't read anywhere that I would need a step for this workout. She incorporates the step into the regular routine to make the workout more intense, so I had to turn the dvd off and do one of my own videos. I wouldn't have rented it if I had known.
