This video was not what I expected... I ended up not watching the whole thing! I felt like I was watching someone's home video... very amateurish looking. A waste of my Queue space.

This is THE worst video on martial arts that I have seen. This is some home video of an unskilled muy thai practioner with an equally unskilled karata practioner. The advice is nothing beyond common sense and the execution of a few useless techniques are sloppy. Video quality is VHS copied to DVD. You'll learn more from watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle cartoons. I watched a few seconds of each chapter and put it back in the mail. NEXT!

The information contained in the video is outstanding. However, one must endure the very inexpensive method of production (one camera angle, no close-ups, no sparring footage....just a guy with a tripod filming an instructive video). Still, great info for sparring against kicking style martial artists.
