thrilled to see that this movie is available for rent! i watched all of the pippi longstocking movies as a child and now my son had a chance to watch them too and loves them!!

I watched these movies over and over again as a young girl-- my girls (ages 6 and 4) loved watching them as much as I remember! The cinematography and editing are HORRIBLE-- lots of completely inaccurate dubbing-- but it doesn't matter to them at all!! It's a great escape into a child's fantasy/reality where almost anything is possible!
