This title, released in 2003, contains two Japanese, horror stories, "The Locker" (1h:11m:25s) and its sequel, "The Locker II" (1h:11m:41s). Unexpectedly, the title is much better than the DVD cover implies. The story is about a public storage locker that once contained an abandoned baby. Five years later, an urban legend tells of good luck being bestowed upon those who use the locker. Ironically, everyone who uses the locker becomes cursed and is killed by the five year old ghost of the abandoned child. The storyline and production quality fell between "Tales of Terror from Tokyo" and "Ju-on". The acting, directing, special effects and sound were at or above TV quality programming. The appearance of the ghost child was definitely low budget. Use of a handheld camera did become annoying after a while. However, the picture quality was remarkably clear with a good resolution. The audio is in stereo. As for extras, there are trailers for three other titles. Lightly recommended.

I managed to get through about 30 minutes of this movie. I love Horror but this was horrible and would hate to be forced into watching the entire movie. Want to punish someone make them watch this in it's entirity.
