This video does not show a real Tai Chi form, and the teacher makes that clear constantly in the video, admitting that he and his students created the moves and sequence. Despite writing some nice books (more philosophy than Tai Chi), this guy showed some of the worst posture and stance I've ever seen in over 20 years of Tai Chi study. I have practiced Yang Style and Wu style, as well as Chun Bagua and Hsing-i, and I've never seen such inconsistent practice as this outside of beginning students. The sad part is, he's making money off of these things when he should be giving it all away for free.
