My daughter is 3 and loves to do yoga. What I watched of the video didn't have a whole lot of poses. It was mostly bad songs sung by terrible and creepy hosts. I admit I only made it through 10 minutes of the video before having to turn it of for sanity's sake. There was just something about the whole video that left me feeling violated.

The hosts are creepy, the music is terrible, and there was almost no yoga poses. Skip this one!

I agree that the hosts were creepy (to me anyway- not to kids) and there weren't many postures, but my daughters (2 and 4) love it and ask to do it again and again. I have to do it with them to keep them moving (there is a lot of pause and talk between actual poses- you have to keep them going). If you are looking for an activity to do with a small child, it isn't bad.
