Ric Moxley's action thriller The Vault concerns master jewel thief Kennedy Kaludes, who, as the film opens, is attempting to reconnect with his estranged daughter during a trip together to an art museum. Plans start to go awry when General Matos with the help of other unsavory types takes everyone in the museum hostage during an attempt to swipe a diamond being held in the museum's vault.
