    This movie was very worth renting. At first I had a little trouble following it, but it didn't take long to be able to follow the moves. For only a 10 minute workout it certainly does get the heart rate up. I was afraid to get this at first because I really am a couch potato but decided I could change that part of my life 10 minutes at a time. I am so glad I did. This workout wasn't too difficult for a beginner but still gave me a good workout. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get started on an exercise routine.

    This is perfect for busy people or if you already have a zillion sculpting videos and just want a good cardio one. I use it alone for quick bursts, or as a 10-30 min. cardio warmup before I strength train. Great fast pacing set to awesome music that revs you up quickly, but can be modified on low energy days. There are 5 separate 10 minute workouts of varying intensity that can be done alone or back to back. My favorite is the kickboxing one that is kind of like a cardio Self defense class. The best feature is that even on busy, stressful days, you know you have at least 10 minutes to do a brief workout, and usually by the time you get through that, you feel good enough to do a second one then or later. I held on to this video for such a long time, that I finally just bought it from Amazon. Michelle Dusbah (sp?) is a good instructor. Good, detailed instruction and pacing, and not too much chat. I definitely recommend this.

    This IS a great cardio workout for busy people and can be quite challenging for beginners...which is always good!!!
