This is not the scintillating Curtis Mayfield of old, but a labored performance with a second-rate band. The keyboard player has nice piano chops, but plays some of the ugliest synth lines humanly possible. Otherwise, the band is just boring. Curtis is not at his best either. I wish I could say something good about this video but can't.
