I thought this was a decent flick, with some mediocre fight scenes. Not Seagal's best work, but it wasn't bad. The Japanese culture was very interesting. I also recommend Kill Bill.

Certainly was better but definately not that great of a Seagal movie. Seems seagal is trying for a comeback tour and this one didn't help him any. If you're a Seagal fan then take a look at Today You Die.
