The dance moves are a bit difficult at first but if they weren't it'd be boring! After about the third time doing this workout I felt that I had a pretty good grasp on it. Not only did I feel great physically but I also felt like I achieved something greater by being part of a routine I didn't think I'd get! The workout also goes by real fast...probably because you're focusing on the moves! I had a great time and my infant son loved watching me dance from his bouncy seat! A great plus is that when I go out dancing again, Ive got a few extra moves under my belt!
