    I own this workout dvd and I really like it. It's not great but it's just right for me. It includes merengue, mambo, samba, gang-gang, afro-latino dance moves. After 4 or 5 times I got the hang of the steps but I'm not uptight about routines. I want to lose 25 pounds or so to get to my recommended weight and this workout leaves me sweating just enough but not too much. It's perfect. Right now I like Island Girl Tahitian Hip Hop much better even though it makes me really sweat.
