I am a big Harrison Ford fan. Air Force One is one of my favorite movies, so naturally I was excited to see Firewall, a movie that I was sure was going to have a well developed plot and characters. Sadly, after leaving the movie I was quite let down. Unlike many of Harrison's other movies, this was an action flick for the sake of an action flick. Things were blowing up for no reason, characters were there but not really developed, and the plot was a little weak. I look forward to better things in the next HF movie I see.

Acting was stilted. Story line seemed choppy. Very disappointing for a Harrison Ford movie.

What a ride! Here is a fresh take on a robbery plot, full of creative plot twists, interesting and even sympathetic "bad guys" and lots of intelligent maneuvering by both the victims and the villian. It was also free of any sexual assaults on the target family. I find that refreshing. Instead, it was a strong story about normal people up against abnormal circumstances and using wits and courage to fight back.
