If you are used to a flowing or ashtanga style yoga, this video is for you. My mother and I have been practicing together for about 4 years now and like to supplement a video between classes. We went thru a few videos before we found some that come close to our instructor's style. This video is challenging enough for advanced practitioners yet gentle enough for beginners. The only negative, not enough emphasis on proper form & alignment. But all in all a good workout.
