Synopsis of Fairy Tale Princess Collection: Cinderella

An impoverished and abused young servant learns that true love knows no social class in this animated take on the classic tale of Cinderella. Cinderella may have a heart of gold, but since her uncaring stepmother and selfish stepsisters keep the young maiden bending to their every whim, she has little time to meet the man of her dreams. Cinderella's kindly fairy godmother sends the unappreciated young servant to the royal ball with the one rule that she leave the party before the clock strikes midnight and the magic fades, but her enchanted evening with the handsome prince is complicated when, in a rush to get home, Cinderella leaves behind a glass slipper.
