I couldn't imagine renting this without a full access pass; not worth a separate rental. Spends a lot of time on other aspects besides actual beat making (e.g. where to find "samples"; how close artist should be to the mic; singers timing). I think dvd tries to be too ambitious and tries to cover everything but not enough of anything. Also, singers sucked and the beats they made were like a cheap teddy riley production
