I liked this DVD for pilates. It's very challenging and works on all body parts so you'll feel it the next day. The only drawback I found was that the host doesn't show you any instructions for the very challenging moves, so I think this DVD should be labeled advanced. Hope this helps others!!)

This is my favorite workout dvd. The instructor in it is quick, to the point and easy to understand. I love the quickness of each workout but they are all intense enough to make you feel the burn.

I really like this DVD. It allows you to set up your own program. There are five 10-minute sessions. The only downfall is that one of the sessions has props (it doesn't tell you that on the dvd) and the other tends to be more yoga. But, I use 3 of the sessions all the time.
