Synopsis of Megazone 23, Part 1 [Anime OVA]

This 85-minute OVA takes place in a Tokyo of the not-too-distant future. Shogo is just a teenager who likes motorcycles until the fateful day he gets his hands on the wrong bike. The powerbike he finds is actually a government prototype, and soon he and his friends have the feds at their heels as they dig to the bottom of a government cover-up that's getting freakier by the minute. The friends intend to expose the bike and the government's secret on live TV, but there are complications to their plan that they haven't foreseen, and exposing the truth could change reality for everyone on Earth. ~ Cammila Collar, Rovi
