The concept is similar to The Matrix with a side of Max Headroom. That's its only redeeming quality. The artwork is typical Anime for that era - done on the cheap and an imitation of Robotech. Dialogue bad. Action scenes are few and far between. Ending? I don't think there was one. A lot of Japanese stories are like this and I wonder if there's something lost in translation. Or maybe they're better at drawing than writing. Anyways, NOT for kids... or thinking adults for that matter. I'm not going to watch parts 2 and 3.
