Eckhart Tolle is an enlightened human being, and anyone who is interested in learning from any past enlightened human, (i.e., Buddha, Christ, Krishnamurti, etc.) would do better to study the teachings of one who exists in our present time, such as Eckhart. Enlightenment is an experience, an experience that is very difficult to convey or describe, so the enlightened masters of the past and present, try to do so in their own creative way. If you speak English, it is much wiser for you to try to learn from an enlightened master who speaks that language, as whenever attempts are made to translate other languages, especially ancient ones, that are trying to convey the essence of enlightenment, much is lost. There are no words to accurately convey enlightenment, so try to learn from someone who speaks your own language, and you will be much more likely to get the gist of it.

I am thankful for his reminder to love the moment we are part of at every moment. I am glad to hear his message that acceptance and love of now is a path that leads us to the truth of our life. I realize Charlie Parker must of known this when he wrote "Now is the Time".... Yet I needed his dialogue to really comphrehend the essence.
