    I found it great as a beginner because each movement is clearly explained and you are able to follow each movement at a slower tempo initially before you pick up the pace. Also, there are clear modifications for the more challenging moves. The three 10-minute sessions allow you to focus on your lower body, upper body and core in 30 minutes.
