Low budget isn't always a bad thing, but in this case - you better believe it. The special effects, if one can call them that, resemble a face-painted mime act, and a bad one at that. Even the tagline is wrong: "America has the Werewolf, Europe has the Vampire and Africa has the Half-Caste." If the movie creators had bothered to do a little research, they would have known that the legend of the werewolf originated in Europe. Then again, if they had bothered with research, perhaps the movie wouldn't end up a failure.
