The subtitles were cut off at the bottom of the picture therefore unable to be read. We assume it had something to do with the wide screen.

"Variety" Review: Unsympathetic characters generate wicked mirth in Belgian comic duo Benoit Delepine and Gustave Kervern's "Aaltra," a road movie with a difference. There's no moralizing as two nasty wheelchair-bound neighbors try to take advantage of everyone around them. If the overall feel is of a short extended past its mandate, wry performances and handsome B&W lensing make the voyage feel like an agreeable detour. An audience-pleaser at Rotterdam and an early scoop for new French international sales agency Funny Balloons, "Aaltra" has all the makings of a Euro cult success, with crossover chances high. Slow, dull, and pointless. Many funny ideas poorly executed. I can't believe that I watched the whole thing.
