This is an O.K. workout. I didn't have the bag and i tried to follow along. As I've stated before it was just O.K. I didn't break a sweat as fast nor did my heart rate stay up as long as when doing some of his other workouts. This is a good "beginners" workout with or without the bag.

I thought that this workout was pretty good. You don't necessarily need the "Billy Bag", but I think that the workout would be MUCH more effective with it. I recommend this, go ahead, get it, it's a nice workout. Can't wait for part 2.

You don't need the inflatable bag to do this workout. It's a decent work out but I didn't think it was as good as his initial series. Hopefully 2 is better
