This is a challenging and unique workout that takes pilates and puts a bit of a spin on it. There are two sections: the first mostly upper body and the second lower body and abs. I really enjoyed it, the instructor gives you three different levels so it's suited for beginners to advanced.

This was a great pilates workout. I liked it better than Windsor pilates. It was the perfect length and I really enjoyed the instructor and the setting.

I have tried other Pilates video's and this by far has to be the best. You notice results right away. increase your core strength and flexibility within 3 workouts. Great for beginners too. do what you can and whatch how fast you will move up.
