I should've expected that this film would be dubbed, given the international cast, but the soundtrack is tinny, echoey, and distracting. Not one of the better vampire films, for that see Coppola's Dracula or the old standby with Bela Lugosi. My nominee for best vampir flick ever? Werner Herzog's Nosferatu, which is itself a remake of an earlier film, but stars Klaus Kinski as the creepiest, skin-crawliest vampire ever, yet you also feel sorry for him . . .
