This has been my favorite movie since I was a little girl. I once had it recorded on VHS, but it was lost and finding it on DVD was very hard as an adult, until now! Highly recommend this for any young girls and their parents to watch and discuss together. It brings eating disorders to the forefront and can be very beneficial to discuss with your daughter/s! Plus, it is a great gymnastics movie and inspirational story overall, for all little girls! It also helps that it is a true story and so girls may gravitate towards it more. It isn't the best acting or most elaborate movie set, but it gets the story across and given the year it was produced, it did a lot with what was available! Love it!

This was and still is my all time favorite movie when I was growing up. I still watch it to this day. I think it brings a lot of information regarding the syaing "believe and you can achieve". It is a touching story and I think that any young girl that enjoys gymnastcs would enjoy it. It shows that you don't have to have an eating disorder, you just have to eat healthy and have self control.
